After a lot of thinking and planning I decided to build a 12-string guitar based on a Martin D28 12-string. I play the guitar left handed and never had a chance to play a 12-string.

It took me quite a long time to build this guitar because I did it after work as a leisure activity. I began to build it in march 2006 and finished it in march 2007.

The report isn't ordered chronologically because I worked on several parts simultaneously. I tried to put the many little steps into a meaningful order. Clicking on the small image you can see an enlarged version of the picture.
